More Specifically the site lies at 6406 Highland Dr SE, Everett,WA 98203. <br /> The property is identified by tax parcel#00531700500400. The existing structure was a <br /> single family home with a 896 SF building footprint that has been removed.An existing <br /> walkway behind the house and a garage make up the rest of the existing impervious.The <br /> site consists of some trees located in the back of the property and grass covering the rest of <br /> the property. A shared driveway easement access is located along the NE line giving access <br /> to the garage and other parcels 005317005000301& 005317005000300 resulting in 1,272 <br /> SF of driveway onsite.The site slopes from the back towards the front of the lot, NW to SE <br /> at approximately 2%.There is a small grassy area at the front of the property that appears <br /> to infiltrate most flows for small storm events.An 8" diam. storm drain pipe was surveyed in <br /> and confirmed by Randy Devoir of Cascade Surveying& Engineering that is located under <br /> the grassy area that collects flow from the site.
