• <br /> • <br /> 1 computed as a percentage of the license fee, on renewal applica- <br /> tions not made on or before the license expiration date, as follows: <br /> 2 <br /> Days Past Due Percent of License Fee <br /> 3 <br /> 7-30 25% <br /> 4 31-60 50% <br /> 61 and over 100% <br /> 5 <br /> 6 F. License Application - Report by City Departments. <br /> 7 Any person seeking a panoram premises, panoram operator's or <br /> panoram device license shall file a written application with the Clerk on a <br /> 8 form provided by the Clerk for that purpose. The Clerk, upon presenta- <br /> tion of such application and before acting upon the same, shall refer such <br /> 9 application to the Police Department, which shall make a full investiga- <br /> tion as to the truth of the statements contained herein, and to the City <br /> 10 Building Department, Planning Department and Fire Department, which <br /> shall investigate and provide information to the Clerk concerning <br /> 11 compliance of the premies and devices sought to be licensed with this and <br /> other applicable City and State health, zoning, building, fire and safety <br /> 12 ordinances and laws. <br /> 13 <br /> G. Inspection of Panoram Premises. <br /> 14 <br /> 1. Applicants for any license authorized to be issued under this <br /> 15 chapter shall allow the premises and devices sought to be licensed <br /> to be inspected by authorized inspectors from the City Fire, <br /> 16 Police, Planning and Building Departments. <br /> 17 2. Licensees operating premises and devices licensed under this <br /> chapter shall hold those areas upon the premises which are <br /> 18 accessible to the public and the devices therein open for routine <br /> regulatory inspections by the City during normal business hours. <br /> 19 This section shall not restrict or limit the right of entry vested in <br /> any law enforcement agency or the Fire Department. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 H. Issuance of Licenses. <br /> 22 1. After an investigation, the Clerk shall issue the applicable license <br /> or licenses authorized by this chapter if the Clerk finds: <br /> 23 <br /> a. That the business for which a license is required herein will <br /> 24 be conducted in a building, structure and location which <br /> 25 complies with the requirements and meets the standards of <br /> the applicable health, zoning, building, fire and safety laws <br /> 26 of the State of Washington and the ordinances of the City as <br /> well as the requirements of this chapter; <br /> 27 b. That the applicant, his or her employee, agent, partner, <br /> 28 director, officer, stockholder or manager has not knowingly <br /> made any false, misleading or fraudulent statement of fact <br /> 29 in the application for a license, or in any report or record <br /> required to be filed with the Clerk; and <br /> 30 c. That the applicant, and all employees, agents, partners, <br /> 31 directors, officers or managers of the applicant, have <br /> attained the age of eighteen years. <br /> 32 <br /> -3- <br />
