License Application - Report by City Departments. 7 Any person seeking a panoram premises, panoram operator's or panoram device license shall file a written application with the Clerk on a 8 form provided by the Clerk for that purpose. The Clerk, upon presenta- tion of such application and before acting upon the same, shall refer such 9 application to the Police Department, which shall make a full investiga- tion as to the truth of the statements contained herein, and to the City 10 Building Department, Planning Department and Fire Department, which shall investigate and provide information to the Clerk concerning 11 compliance of the premies and devices sought to be licensed with this and other applicable City and State health, zoning, building, fire and safety 12 ordinances and laws. 13 G. Inspection of Panoram Premises. 14 1. Applicants for any license authorized to be issued under this 15 chapter shall allow the premises and devices sought to be licensed to be inspected by authorized inspectors from the City Fire, 16 Police, Planning and Building Departments. 17 2. Licensees operating premises and devices licensed under this chapter shall hold those areas upon the premises which are 18 accessible to the public and the devices therein open for routine regulatory inspections by the City during normal business hours. 19 This section shall not restrict or limit the right of entry vested in any law enforcement agency or the Fire Department. 20 21 H. Issuance of Licenses. 22 1. After an investigation, the Clerk shall issue the applicable license or licenses authorized by this chapter if the Clerk finds: 23 a. That the business for which a license is required herein will 24 be conducted in a building, structure and location which 25 complies with the requirements and meets the standards of the applicable health, zoning, building, fire and safety laws 26 of the State of Washington and the ordinances of the City as well as the requirements of this chapter; 27 b. That the applicant, his or her employee, agent, partner, 28 director, officer, stockholder or manager has not knowingly made any false, misleading or fraudulent statement of fact 29 in the application for a license, or in any report or record required to be filed with the Clerk; and 30 c. That the applicant, and all employees, agents, partners, 31 directors, officers or managers of the applicant, have attained the age of eighteen years. 32 -3-
