c. For the review and issuance of a Draft and Final EIS <br /> in conformance with other provisions of this <br /> Ordinance: A fee of Five Hundred Dollars payable <br /> upon the submittal of a preliminary Draft EIS. <br /> Additional costs, if any, incurred by the City, shall <br /> be billed directly to the applicant; no additional <br /> costs may be charged for existing studies or general <br /> information already in the possession of the City; <br /> and provided that in no event shall the cost for an <br /> EIS review exceed $2,000. No fee shall be required <br /> under this section for proposals primarily involving <br /> the construction of publicly subsidized housing. <br /> d. In the event that a proposal is modified so that an <br /> EIS is no longer required, the responsible official <br /> shall refund any costs collected under Section 3 <br /> above, which were collected for costs not incurred. <br /> 2. The full fee for a threshold determination and/or an EIS <br /> shall be paid by the private applicant prior to the <br /> circulation of an EIS by the City. <br /> 3. No fee shall be collected by the City for performing its <br /> duties as a consulted agency. <br /> THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 3: APPLICATION FEES: At the time of application each <br /> applicant for a land use development permit or appellant shall pay to <br /> the Planning Department, the filing fee stipulated in this section of <br /> the Ordinance: <br /> A. Subdivisions <br /> 1 . Formal Subdivisions, Application - Five Hundred Dollars <br /> plus Fifteen Dollars per lot. <br /> 2. Short Subdivision Application - Two Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> plus Fifteen Dollars per lot. <br /> 3. Final Subdivision Approval - Five Dollars per lot. <br /> 4. Variance, Subdivision, or Short Subdivision - One-half <br /> original variance fee. <br /> Appeal Short Subdivision - Fifty Dollars. <br /> B. Boundary Line Adjustments <br /> 1 . Applications - One Hundred Dollars. <br /> 2. Appeals - Fifty Dollars. <br /> -3- <br />
