2. If the Planning Director and City Engineer determine that the <br /> requirements are met, they shall approve the binding site plan. <br /> 3. If either the Planning Director or the City Engineer determine <br /> that the requirements have not been met, the final binding site <br /> plan shall be returned to the applicant for modification, <br /> correction, or other action as may be required for approval. <br /> 4. If the conditions have been met, the Planning Director and City <br /> Engineer shall inscribe and execute their written approval on the <br /> face of the binding site plan. <br /> C. Record with Auditor: <br /> When the City finds that the binding site plan proposed for final <br /> approval meets all the conditions of final approval, then the applicant <br /> shall record the original of said binding site plan with the Snohomish <br /> County Auditor. The applicant will also furnish the City with one <br /> reproducible mylar copy, and the Snohomish County Assessor shall be <br /> furnished one paper copy. After this is done, the applicant must <br /> provide the City with proof of proper filing and recording before the <br /> binding site plan becomes valid. <br /> D. Development: <br /> All development must be in conformance with the recorded binding site <br /> plan. <br /> -8- <br />
