C Time Limits , <br /> Approval Within Thirty (30) Days: <br /> Final subdivisons shall be approved, disapproved, or returned to the <br /> applicant within thirty (30) days from date of filing the final <br /> subdivision for approval by the City Council, unless the applicant <br /> consents to an extension of such time period in writing. The thirty <br /> (30) day time period shall not commence to run until the applicant <br /> files with the City all required final subdivision documents completed <br /> to the satisfaction of the City. <br /> D. Filing <br /> File with Auditor: <br /> When the City Council finds that the subdivision proposed for final <br /> approval has met all the conditions of final approval, then the <br /> applicant shall give the original of said final subdivision for <br /> recording to the Snohomish County Auditor. The applicant will also <br /> furnish the City with one reproducible mylar copy and one hard copy. <br /> After this is done, the applicant must provide the City with proof of <br /> proper filing and recording before the subdivision becomes valid. <br /> E. Valid Land Use <br /> Governed by the Terms of Final Approval: <br /> As required by Chapter 58.17.170, R.C.W. , a subdivision shall be <br /> governed by the terms of the approval of the final plat, and any lots <br /> created thereunder shall be a valid land use not withstanding any <br /> change in zoning laws for a period of no less than five (5) years from <br /> date of filing, unless the City Council finds that a change in <br /> conditions in subdivision creates a serious threat to the public health <br /> or safety. <br /> -15- <br />
