• • ORDINANCE NO. 1 /0 7--k-S AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code) to encompass an area on Silver Lake from South of 110th Street S.E. to North of 124th Street S.E. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on January 8, 1985, the Everett Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the zoning designations for the hereinafter described property annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the Planning Commission, has determined that said property should be zoned R-1, Single Family Low Density Residential, R-3(A), Multiple Family Residential-Site Plan Review, B-2(A) Community Business-Site Plan Review, and B-2(B), Office Park-Site Plan Review; NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby find that the zoning hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan as amended by Resolution No. 2496. Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, E.M.C.) is hereby amended by the addition of the following: A. The area which is legally described in Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby zoned R-1; B. The area which is legally described in Exhibit "C" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby zoned R-3(A); C. The area which is legally described in Exhibit "D" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby zoned B-2(A); D. The area which is legally described in Exhibit "E" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby zoned B-2(B). 0640F -1-
