• <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1 /0 7--k-S <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572, as <br /> amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code) to <br /> encompass an area on Silver Lake from South of 110th <br /> Street S.E. to North of 124th Street S.E. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on January 8, 1985, the Everett <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the <br /> zoning designations for the hereinafter described property annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations <br /> of the Planning Commission, has determined that said property should be zoned <br /> R-1, Single Family Low Density Residential, R-3(A), Multiple Family <br /> Residential-Site Plan Review, B-2(A) Community Business-Site Plan Review, and <br /> B-2(B), Office Park-Site Plan Review; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby <br /> find that the zoning hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of <br /> the City of Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan as <br /> amended by Resolution No. 2496. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, E.M.C.) is <br /> hereby amended by the addition of the following: <br /> A. The area which is legally described in Exhibit "B" which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby <br /> zoned R-1; <br /> B. The area which is legally described in Exhibit "C" which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby <br /> zoned R-3(A); <br /> C. The area which is legally described in Exhibit "D" which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby <br /> zoned B-2(A); <br /> D. The area which is legally described in Exhibit "E" which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby <br /> zoned B-2(B). <br /> 0640F <br /> -1- <br />
