For the purpose of this chapter, the City of <br /> 6 Everett is hereby divided into twenty categories of zones designated as <br /> follows: <br /> 7 <br /> Agricultural use zone A-1 <br /> 8 Floodplain regulations FP <br /> Single-family suburban residential zone R-S <br /> 9 Single-family low density residence zone R-1 <br /> Single-family high density residence zone R-2 <br /> 10 Multiple-family low density residence zone R-3 <br /> Multiple-family residential-site plan review zone R-3(A) <br /> 11 Multiple-family high density residence zone R-4 <br /> Core Area residential zone R-5 <br /> 12 Neighborhood shopping zone B-1 <br /> Community business-site plan review zone B-2(A) <br /> 13 Community shopping zone B-2 <br /> Office park-site plan review zone B-2(B) <br /> 14 Central business zone B-3 <br /> General commercial zone C-1 <br /> 15 Heavy commercial--light manufacturing zone C-2 <br /> Medium manufacturing zone M-M <br /> 16 Heavy manufacturing zone M-1 <br /> Landing field zone L-F <br /> 17 Planned residential development PRD <br /> 18 The above categories of zones and the boundaries of such zones are <br /> hereby established as shown on the map entitled 'Everett Zoning Map.' <br /> 19 Said map or parts thereof are hereby made a part of this chapter. The <br /> zoning map and each amendment thereto, when duly certified, shall be <br /> 20 filed in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 21 Where uncertainty exists as to any of such boundaries, as shown on said <br /> map, the following rules shall apply: <br /> 22 <br /> A. Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following <br /> 23 the centerline of roads, streets, highways, alleys, railroads or <br /> streams, such centerline shall be construed to be such boundaries. <br /> 24 <br /> B. Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following lot <br /> 25 or tract lines, such lot or tract shall be construed to be such <br /> boundaries. <br /> 26 <br /> C. Tidelands; tidal flats; that portion of Puget Sound including that <br /> 27 part commonly called Port Gardner Bay, adjacent to the City of <br /> Everett, and that portion of the Snohomish River adjacent to the <br /> 28 City of Everett between the uplands fronting thereon and over any <br /> tidelands or shorelands intervening between such upland boundaries <br /> 29 and any such waters to be the middle of such sounds, bays, or <br /> rivers, shall be regulated by the City of Everett Shoreline Master <br /> 30 Program. <br /> 31 D.
