Please review and respond to the comments below. Codes cited refer to the 2012 International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two revised sheets of construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please bubble and date revisions to the previously submitted sheets, with written instructions on what drawings to replace/add. Revisions can be e-mailed to my attention. 1. The weight of the exhaust fan should be shown on the schedule. 2. Economizers should be shown on new cooling unit on the equipment schedule, per WSEC C403.3.1. Fixed open louvers do not meet the requirements of the WSEC for conditioned air. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence.
