CI • • O t 7 i V 1 ORDINANCE NO. /D 9 7-1'5'- 2 -1'52 AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 459-77 adopting the penalty 3 provisions of the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance and adopting by reference RCW 46.61.5151 and repealing Section 15 of 4 Ordinance No. 459-77 (EMC 46.08.090). 5 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 6 Section 1: Section 2 of Ordinance No. 459-77 (EMC 46.04.020(A) and (B)) 7 which reads as follows: 8 9 "Section 2. SECTIONS NOT ADOPTED. The following sections of the MTO are not adopted by reference and are expressly deleted: 10 46.90.260 Traffic Engineer 11 46.90.265 Traffic Engineer Authority 46.90.270 Local Authority 12 Substituting in their place Section 4 of this ordinance. 46.90.710 and 46.61.515 Penalties 13 Substituting in their place Section 15 of this ordinance." 14 is hereby amended to read as follows: 15 16 "Section 2: SECTIONS NOT ADOPTED.
