ORDINANCE NO. / 97/ -tkil <br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of <br /> the budget for the City of Everett for 1984 <br /> and amending Ordinance No. 1017-84 as <br /> amended by Ordinance Nos. 1040-84, 1070-84, <br /> and 1071-84 and declaring an emergency to <br /> exist. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local, <br /> state and federal funds to augment previously approved programs <br /> within the 1984 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been <br /> identified; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the <br /> following amendment shall be made to the 1984 budget: <br /> Section 1: That the sum of $5,000 be appropriated in the <br /> following manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Department 004, Administration <br /> Program 856: Navy Planning <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 1017-84 $ -0- <br /> Amended by this appropriation $5,000 <br /> New Program Total $5,000 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> General Fund No. 002 - State Grant $ 5,000 <br /> c.
