Gamble
2118 100th St SW
Everett, WA 98201
RE: EXPIRING PERMITS
Job Address: 2118 100th St SW
Permits: CO212-001 (Building, Plumbing&Mechanical for addition above garage)
E0212-012 (Wire addition)
(You must reference both permit number and address when calling or writing)
According to our records there has been no request for inspection of work under these permits
(issued December 2002). The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by
limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work
is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without
documentation of completion, you may:
•
1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress,
or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed,
or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension.
Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department
for microfilming without final approval. To schedule inspections, or to discuss the status of your
permit file, please call me at(425) 257-7261 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., or contact me by e-mail
at mmcleod@ci.everett.wa.us.
•
Sincerely, / 1 (, &l u ktd e,1 i ve tod-
)1;yr 1 are!%' (l'i fool - S
cal/lox, igt Ce?ZIa a/a/ } ?
