March 28, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., March 28, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. Upon roll call, <br /> it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, McNeal, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Council Member <br /> Stonecipher was excused. <br /> Council Member McNeal led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 21, 2018, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin announced that the City is seeking internal and external <br /> candidates for the permanent Fire Chief Position. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member McNeal reported on her attendance at the Casino Road <br /> Stakeholders meeting and the Historical Commission meeting. <br /> Council Member Tuohy reported on her attendance at the Council of <br /> Neighborhoods meeting. She also attended the Roadmap to Washington's <br /> Future workshop on March 22 and provided a brief report from the meeting. <br /> President Roberts thanked Council Member Tuohy for attending the <br /> workshop. He also reported on his participation at the March For Our Lives <br /> rally on Saturday. President Roberts announced that the City Council <br /> workshop for the districting process is scheduled for April 4. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Lyle Ryan, Administration, asked Julie Frauenholtz to provide an update on <br /> the Mayoral Directives. <br /> 107 <br />
