4 • ORDINANCE NO. /676 --11-7/ AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for the City of Everett for 1984 and amending Ordinance No. 1017-84 as amended by Ordinance No. 1040-84 and declaring an emergency to exist. WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local, state and federal funds to augment previously approved programs within the 1984 budget; and WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been identified; NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does. ordain that the following amendments shall be made to the 1984 budget: Section 1: That the sum of $489,689 .66 be appropriated in the . following manner : a. Appropriation, Department 009: General Government Non-Departmental Expenses 1 . To provide $348,601 for the Forest Park Reroof Fund No. 370 4 . To provide $12,088.66 for Casino Rd LID 709 Assessment Adjustments . 5 . To provide $30, 000.00 for City elections for the Jackson Civic Center and the Navy Advisory vote. Section 2 : That the sum of $25,000 . 00 be appropriated in the following manner : a.
