ORDINANCE NO. /044,-af0 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4 of Ordinance 958-83 (as <br /> amended by Ordinance 1045-84) for Fund 340, "Regional <br /> Detention Facilities Construction" and increasing the <br /> appropriations by $8,000. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL: <br /> Section 1: That Section 4 of Ordinance 958-83 (as amended by Ordinance 1045- <br /> 84) which reads as follows: <br /> Section 4: Programs 772 through 780 are hereby set aside for regional <br /> detention facility construction projects with the following appropriations: <br /> Program 772 - Pigeon Creek 2 $ 60,000 <br /> Program 773 - Pigeon Creek 1 $ 60,000 <br /> Program 776 - Merrill-Ring Creek , $ 50,000 <br /> Program 779 - North Creek $ 70,000 <br /> Programs 774, 775, 777, 778, and 780 $000,000 <br /> TOTAL $240,000 <br /> The source of funds for Programs 772, 773, 776, and 779 shall be as follows: <br /> Program 772: <br /> From Fund 340, proceeds from drainage fees collected $ 60,000 <br /> Program 773: <br /> From Fund 340, proceeds from drainage fees collected $ 60,000 <br /> Program 776: <br /> From Fund 340, proceeds from drainage fees collected $ 50,000 <br /> Program 779: <br /> From Fund 340, proceeds from drainage fees collected $ 70,000 <br /> TOTAL $240,000 <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 4: Programs 772 through 780 are hereby set aside for regional <br /> detention facility construction projects with the following appropriations: <br /> Program 772 - Pigeon Creek 2 $ 60,000 <br /> Program 773 - Pigeon Creek 1 $ 60,000 <br /> Program 774 - Glenwood Creek $ 8,000 <br /> Program 776 - Merrill-Ring Creek $ 50,000 <br /> Program 779 - North Creek $ 70,000 <br /> Programs 775, 777, 778, and 780 $000,000 <br /> TOTAL $248,000 <br />
