yeto - <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / 15 — F1-7- <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 of Ordinance 455-77, <br /> Section 5 of Ordinance 553-78, Central Business <br /> District Construction Phase II , Fund 311 , and increasing <br /> the appropriation for this construction to $509,193.71 , <br /> the final project cost after job audit. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> That Section 3 of Ordinance 455-77 , which reads as follows : <br /> The total estimated cost of the improvement herein authorized is <br /> $445,000.00 which shall include the costs of construction, contract <br /> administration, inspection and quality control , and other asso- <br /> ciated costs. <br /> Being the same is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> The total estimated cost of the improvement herein authorized is <br /> $509,193.71 which shall include the costs of construction, contract <br /> administration, inspection and quality control , and other associated <br /> costs. <br /> That Section 5 of Ordinance 553-78, which reads as follows : <br /> a. The sum of $505,983.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 311 , "CBD <br /> Signalization and Street Lighting Phase II" , for the purpose <br /> herein specified in the following manner: <br /> 1 . Program 685 - CBD Signalization and Street Lighting Phase II <br /> TOTAL APPROPRIATION $505,983.00 <br /> b. The SOURCE OF FUNDS for these appropriations shall be as follows : <br /> 1 . Program 685 - CBD Phase II <br /> FAM (Federal Grant) $333,816.00 <br /> TOPICS 7,492.00 <br /> FUND 301 <br /> (Motor Vehicle Fuel ) 164,675.00 <br /> TOTAL $505,983.00 <br /> c. This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward <br /> from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been <br /> accomplished or abandoned without necessity of reappropriation <br /> as per RCW 35.33.151 . <br /> Being the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> a. The sum of $509,193.71 is hereby appropriated to Fund 311 , "CBD <br /> Signalization and Street Lighting Phase II for the purpose <br /> herein specified in the following manner: <br /> 1 . Program 685 - CBD Signalization and Street Lighting Phase II <br /> TOTAL APPROPRIATION $509,193.71 <br /> b. The SOURCE OF FUNDS for these appropriations shall be as follows: <br /> 1 .
