(SR 527) , Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, the legal description of <br /> which is attached hereto as Exhibit A (Parcel A) and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, GLORIA AMUNDSON, FRANK STIPEK, VIRGINIA STIPEK, GLADYS CORBIN, <br /> AND GREG BRODIN are owners of (or have an equitable interest in) a tract of <br /> real property approximately seven (7) acres in size located south of 100th <br /> Street between Interstate 5 and 19th Avenue SE (SR 527) , Everett, Snohomish <br /> County, Washington, the legal description of which is attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit B (Parcel B) and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> 1 WHEREAS, RONALD KING, JOHN P. ROBERTS, AUDREY M. ROBERTS, PATRICK L. <br /> ROBERTS, TYERA P.
