A stop work order was posted on 12/08/08 for additions and <br /> alterations without permits.(see CRW and photo documentation) <br /> The owner(Steve Hale)came to our office on 2/19 09 and spoke to Teresa Firnstahl (planning Dept)to discuss the <br /> situation that was created by the alterations. <br /> Mr Hale was advised by Ms.Firnstahl that he may have a nonconforming situation. (See documentation on file in permit <br /> trak) <br /> Mr Hale informed Ms.Firnstahl that he would return 02/23/09 to submit more information. <br /> To date Mr Hale has failed to respond in any fashion. <br /> I revisited the site on 04/14/09 to assess the situation. Durring this visit it was discovered that the stop work orders had <br /> been removed. (see photo documentation) <br /> Ms Firnstahl and myself are in aggreement that this property is in violation of adopted ordinances and,codes. <br /> Mr Hale has failed to address these issues in good faith and has ignored his responsibilities. <br /> We would like the assistance of your group to pursue compliance and abatement of these violations. <br /> I believe the documentation within CRW should be quite clear and in good order to assist you towards enforcement and <br /> compliance. <br /> Please advise me as to any assistance you may require from me to best establish an effective format between our <br /> divisions on this matter and in the future. <br /> Thankyou in advance, <br /> Regards, <br /> Ted Budden <br /> Chief Inspector <br /> Engineering Public services <br />
