Inspection- e Counter Visit Inspector Firnstahl <br /> (2/19/2009 13:31 TMF) <br /> Mr. Hale came to the counter to get information on setbacks. I advised him to <br /> submit a site plan asap so we can make a better determination if the addition will <br /> meet code. I advised that living space is not allowed in the 20-foot rear setback, <br /> unless it is certified as nonconforming. Addition appears to be 11 -feet from the <br /> rear property line. Structures are limited to a maximum of 20-feet in height w/ <br /> director approval or 15-feet w/o if located within the rear setback. The addition <br /> appears to be over 20-feet in height in the rear setback. He said that he may have <br /> a nonconforming situation. I asked him to provide additional documention.
