A utility room is <br /> customarily subordinate to a permitted principal use or building and per <br /> Everett Municipal Code (EMC) 19.04 this type of use is viewed as an <br /> accessory use. <br /> This administrative determination may also be appealed to the City of Everett Hearing <br /> Examiner in accordance with the appeal procedures set forth in Title 15.
