Inspection Summary RE: 420 47th St se Complaint file # w0812 002 <br /> QOn 12/5/08 a complaint was received by this office concerning an"addition "that was being constructed <br /> without permits and concerns about a" leaning retaining wall." <br /> ® On 12/8/08 an inspection was performed by inspector"Budden"The observations during this inspection <br /> were that a two story addition was being constructed without the required permits. <br /> An inspection report was generated that listed the violations with notations to Stop Work and a request <br /> to obtain the required permits.A copy of this report was posted at the site. <br /> V On 2/18 08 a second visit to the site was made by inspector Budden due to the failure of the Owner to <br /> respond to the original request to pursue the required permits. <br /> At this visit two stop work orders were posted and photographed. <br /> An inspection report was generated to this effect. <br /> G On 4/14/09 a follow up visit to the site was made by inspector Budden to determine the status of the <br /> concerns. <br /> It was observed at this time that the stop work orders had been removed by someone other than the <br /> Building Department. Photos were taken to document this discovery and an inspection report was <br /> generated to document the findings. <br /> 7/28/09 To date this property remains in violation of the adopted codes. <br /> Ted Budden <br /> Chief Inspector <br /> Engineering/Public Services <br />
