The triplex does not meet the five foot north side setback, th_ front porch <br /> extends eight let into the front setback, the height exceeds the 28 foot height limit, and the detached <br /> garage does not meet the live toot north side setback. The applicant's site plan shows the triplex <br /> setback approximately 3'-l" from the north side lot line, the front porch setback approximately 12'- <br /> 2" from the east front lot line, the height is listed at 33'-3", and the detached garage setback <br /> approximately 1'-8" from the north side lot line and appears the cave on the west elevation is <br /> protruding into Right of Way. The site also fails to meet the residential off street parking <br /> requirement. 'There should be six parking stalls on site - two for each dwelling unit, however there <br /> are no stalls provided on site. The Applicant provided evidence from Snohomish County Assessor's <br /> Records and the 1955 Polk Directory. <br /> Decision: I hereby find that the above described non-conformities were established prior to zoning <br /> cox.: regulations for the subject property. This certification is subject to revocation if it is found that <br /> the information upon which it is based is crroncous. <br /> V .
