• <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The Contractor will represent both the City and the Port of Everett in the Water Resource Inventory(WRIA)7 <br /> '('ethnical Committee process and in such other WRIA 7 activities(Forum,Policy Development Committee,Puget <br /> Sound Partnership, Snohomish-Camano Nearshore Cooperative)as may be appropriate,and requested by the City. <br /> These activities are expected to include,but are not limited to,the following: <br /> • Attendance at WRIA 7 fish technical committee meetings(approximately one per month); <br /> • Attendance at WRIA 7 habitat,monitoring,and research subcommittee meetings(maximum one per month for <br /> each subconunittee); <br /> • Review of technical documents; <br /> • Occasional participation in Forum,Planning Committee,Nearshore Cooperative,or other regional technical <br /> meetings as directed and approved by the City or Port of Everett. <br /> • Provision of periodic(assumed quarterly)updates to the City and Port of Everett on the activities within the <br /> technical committee.These updates will be in the form of meeting attendance or a memo,at the discretion of the City <br /> and the Port of Everett. <br /> •Upon the specific request of City staff,Contractor may also provide the City with scientific and technical expertise <br /> related to wetlands,aquatic and marine biological conditions,natural habitats,or species of interest to the City. <br /> (Form Approved by City Attorney's Office January 7.2010,updated June 15,2014) <br />
