The site will be used in a manner consistent with the uses identified in the Planned A�fian <br /> Ordinance for the Sputhwest Everett/Pain� Field Subarea Plan. The proposed use is also <br /> consistent with the use and devefopment goals and policies in the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Conclusion: 7he proposed binding site plan and anticipated land use are consistent with the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> �. The M-1 zone requires a minimum <br /> lot area of 5 acres,with some lofis allowed ta be as small as two aCres. However,the Planned <br /> � [3evelopment.O�erlay and Development Agreement contains specific development standards <br /> addressing redevelopment of t€te RinkerJCemex site.
