Ord. No. /007-7-"P-21 <br /> An Ordinance amending Ord. No. 529-78 which amended <br /> the Zoning map of the City of Everett as <br /> provided by Everett Municipal Code <br /> title 19 (Ord. 3572) <br /> Glacier Lane Rezone #4-78 <br /> January 9, 1984 <br /> WHEREAS, on May 16, 1978, the Planning Commission held a public hearing <br /> regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from R-3, Multiple, <br /> Family Low Density Residential to C-1 , General Commercial, and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 5, 1978, the City Council concurred with the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission and rezoned said property from R-3,1 <br /> Multiple Family Low Density Residential to C-1 , General Commercial, and <br /> WHEREAS, during routine updating of the zoning maps it was discovered <br /> that the legal description for the herein mentioned property did not, <br /> adequately describe the parcel rezoned as depicted in Attachment A, the, <br /> vicinity map submitted for the original rezone action. <br /> Now, therefore, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby find <br /> that the legal description for the aforesaid rezone should be <br /> changed to adequately describe the parcel as depicted in <br /> Attachment A, the vicinity map submitted for the original rezone, <br /> action. <br /> Section 2: That the legal description for Ord. No. 529-78 rezoning the <br /> following property to C-2, General Commercial which presently <br /> reads as follows: <br /> The portion of the southeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Sections <br /> 13/18/4. 1 <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 6, Plat of Walters Manor; <br /> according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 29 of Plats, page 18, <br /> records of Snohomish County, Washington; thence West along the South <br /> line of said Lot 6 a distance of 40.0 +/- feet to the true point of <br /> beginning; thence continue West along the south line of said Lot 6 a <br /> distance of 160.00 feet to a point that is 120.0 +/- feet West of the <br /> Southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence South to a point of intersection) <br /> with a line 150.0 +/- feet at right angles to the Easterly right-of-way' <br /> line of Holly Drive; thence Southwesterly parallel to and 150.0 +/ <br /> feet distant from Holly Drive to an intersection with the South line of <br /> the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said! <br /> Section 13-28-4; thence Easterly along said South line to a point oft <br /> intersection with a line that is 160.0 +/- feet at right angles to the <br /> Westerly right-of-way line of Evergreen Way; thence Northeasterly; <br /> parallel to and 160.0 +/- feet distant to the Westerly right-of-way; <br /> line of Evergreen Way to a point of intersection with a line that is <br /> 200.0 +/- feet at right angles to the West right-of-way line of Emander <br /> road projected South; thence North parallel to and 200.0 +/- feet <br /> distant from the West right-of-way line of Emander road to the point of <br /> beginning. <br />
