• <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 99 7 7. <br /> 2 <br /> 3 AN ORDINANCE establishing overtime inspection fees. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the City of Everett should recover the <br /> 6 costs of inspection services performed at times other than the City's usual business <br /> 7 hours; <br /> 8 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Section 1: In addition to the plan review and permit fees charged under <br /> 11 Ordinance No. 921-83, all persons requesting inspection or permit services which <br /> 12 require the City to pay overtime shall pay the overtime wage rate plus salary-related <br /> 13 benefits for the City person or personnel performing the inspection or other permit <br /> 14 services. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> ‘37W- <br /> 17WILLIAM E.
