"-se . j->7 AN ORDINANCE amending Section 6 of Ordinance 505-78, as amended by Ordinance 676-80, creating a special construction fund entitled "Merrill- Ring Bridge, Mukilteo Boulevard (Gibson Place to Lynnewood Drive)" Fund No. 324, and increasing the appropriation required for this project to $2,204,303. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section I That Section 6 of Ordinance 676-80, which reads as follows: Section 6: a. The sum of $2,196,250 is hereby appropriated to Fund 324, "Merrill-Ring Bridge, Mukilteo Boulevard (Gibon Place to Lynnewood Drive)" for the purposes herein specified in the following manner: Program 712: Merrill-Ring Bridge, Mukilteo Boulevard (Gibson Place to Lynnewood Drive) Total Appropriation: $2,196,250 b. The source of funds for these appropriations shall be as follows: Program 712: Merrill-Ring Bridge, Mukilteo Boulevard (Gibson Place to Lynnewood Drive) Federal Bridge Replacement Monies (BRM) $1,184,750 Urban Arterial Board (UAB) 775,400 Federal Revenue Sharing (Fund 199-1978) 15,000 City General Fund (Ord 569-78) 65,600 City General Fund (1978 Cash Forward - Ord 612-79) 100,000 City General Fund (To be appropriated) 55,500 TOTAL $2, 196,250 c. This appropriation shall not lapse, but be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandon.d without necessity or reappropriation, as per RCW 35.33.151. THAT Section 6 of Ordinance 676-80 is hereby amended as follows: Section 6 a.
