ORDINANCE NO. 57.2',5= S3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4 of <br /> Ordinance No. 978-83 providing for <br /> the vacation of McGill Avenue from <br /> the limits of 2nd Avenue S .E. to <br /> 3rd Avenue S.E. <br /> WHEREAS, Section 4 of Ordinance No. 978-83 currently reads: <br /> "Section 4: That the City of Everett hereby retains an ease- <br /> ment to construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain, repair, and <br /> replace all utilities over, under, and across the following <br /> described legal description: <br /> An easement across that portion of McGill <br /> Avenue as hereinabove described in Section 1. <br /> The City of Everett further retains the right to grant to <br /> public and private utilities the right to construct, reconstruct, <br /> operate, maintain, repair, and replace existing or proposed <br /> utility lines including, but not limited to, telephone, gas, and <br /> electrical over, under, and across the property above-described. <br /> The City further retains the right of access across adjacent <br /> properties for the purposes described herein.
