Here is our official <br /> position. <br /> Jeff Heilman personally performed all of the plan review services for all of the homes in that development <br /> (approximately 200 units). He can recall with certainty that none of the homes in that development were constructed <br /> with roofed over decks,all of the decks were exposed to the sky(no walls,windows or roofs). <br /> We observed in the overview photos that the house to the immediate east of the house in question remains in its <br /> original state. (deck etc.) This house also appears to be a mirror image ofthe house in violation.We have no permit <br /> records for any improvements or alterations for the property at 20160t" pl SE since the original construction.
