The propased 9-acre project, known as 75'�' Street SW Pro�erty, is located on 75'"Sireet SW beiween 1G"Avenue W and Hardeson Road in Everett, Washington. Appxoximately 7.9 acres will be disturbed as site work is completed in preparation af future commercial/industrial construction along with construction of detention facilities and temporary gravel access road for detention facilities maintenance. Construction activities will include clearing and grading with approximately a net fill quantity of 130,000 cubic yards. No critical areas exist on-site or in the immeciiate vicinity. Silt laden runoff from construction activities wiil be contxoJled and �nitigated through the use of silt fencing, mulching, storm drain intet protection, and hydroseeding. Storn�water froin the site will be routed into interceptor swales with rock check dams to an an-site detention pond where it will be detained and treated, prior to discharge into the existing storm drain system. The outfal[ for the storm drain system into Merrill and Ring Creek is located appraximateIy 2Q00 feet downstream.
