This section states: <br /> ' A change shall be considered to be major when one or more of the}ollowing is found: . <br /> 1. The change is in substantia!conflict with a condition imposed in this Decision Document,such as ' <br /> major modifrcation af an on-site TDM provision,or redaction of required wetland protection• <br /> Findin�: The proposal will modify the Master Plan to allow for a minor addition to the 40-92 <br /> building.There wifl be a minor net change in 6uilding area.The project will notgenerate <br /> additional vehicular traffic or increase the number of employees.This facility witl serve Boeing <br /> Everett employees and small groups of visitors. <br /> 2.
