Seatronics,Inc.Job#111008 BOEING EVERETT 45-12 BLDG.STATIC TEST FACILITY PHASE 2 Acceptance Test Procedure <br /> FIRE ALARM SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS&ADDITIONS Page 2 of 6 <br /> 3.4 After the ATP is satisfactorily completed and all exceptions have been cleared, the <br /> Owner's Representative shall sign the "Approved and Accepted" block. <br /> 3.5 The Contractor's Field Engineer shall be responsible for the organization and <br /> performance of this accepted test. <br /> 3.5.1 The Contractor shall provide all material and equipment required to perform the <br /> test except as noted below: <br /> 4.0 TEST PREPERATIONS <br /> 4.1 EQUIPMENT REQUIRED <br /> 4.1.1 Test gas, Digital Volt Meter <br /> 4.2 TEST CONDITIONS - GENERAL <br /> 4.2.1 Notify interested parties that system tests are beginning. <br /> 4.2.2 Verify that all required system pre-tests have been completed. <br /> 4.2.3 Visually inspect equipment installation to verify proper mounting. <br /> 4.2.4 Verify that the system is in normal supervisory condition (power lamp is "on" and <br /> other lamps and audible devices are "off°). <br /> 5.0 ACCEPTANCE TESTS -ALARM & SUPERVISORY CONDITIONS <br /> 5.1 Verify alarm and supervisory conditions as specified in Table 1. For each alarm condition <br /> listed, the appropriate system response should occur. After initiation of each alarm or <br /> supervisory condition, the following steps should be completed: <br /> 5.1.1 Alarm condition -silence audible alarms (if activated) by pressing Alarm <br /> Acknowledge button, followed by the Alarm Silence button. <br /> 5.1.2 Supervisory condition - silence panel Supervisory audible by pressing <br /> Supervisory acknowledge control button. <br /> 5.1.3 Reset the control panel after the alarm condition system response(s) have been <br /> verified.(Do not reset if the test step specifically indicates not to reset) The <br /> system trouble lamp and audible trouble alarms will be"on". <br /> 5.1.4 Verify the control panel is in normal supervisory condition and all trouble <br /> indications have been cleared. <br />
