Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. The plans show a "main beam line"approximately 30' t long with no visible support. <br /> Identify beam size and trace all loads to the foundation. <br /> 2. Show all walls framed inside of the concrete basement walls in plain view. (req'd at all <br /> below grade walls). <br /> 3. Show all beams in engineering calculations on plan view(s). Cross reference beams/ <br /> calcs. <br /> 4. Provide minimum 36" landing at the top and bottom of all stairs. <br /> 5. All new fenestration to be U-0.30 or less. <br /> 6. Show location and type of furnace and water heater. Specify PRV and seismic straps @ <br /> water heater. <br /> 7. Provide guard per section R312 IRC at sliding glass door at kitchen. Detail construction <br /> and attachment of guard.
