These permits include permit #B1701-005 for alteration to the front porch, #E1610-064 <br /> Electrical for replacement furnace, #M1610-027 to replace the furnace, #E1205-028 to install wiring in the <br /> detached garage and Public Works Permit #PW1205-018 never received final approval. <br /> From: Donald Cunningham <br /> Sent: Tuesday,August 29, 2017 8:21 AM <br /> To:Ted de Budden <br /> Subject: 2802 Cedar <br /> Ted- <br /> I began working on this property last year due to work on the front porch without required permits.After a notice to <br /> comply was sent in Sept 2016,they did obtain permit#B1701-005,and did call for 1 inspection. No further inspections <br /> were requested and the permit expired 7/23/17.A review of Permit History indicates numerous permits that do not <br /> show a final date in CRW. I noticed the electrical work for E1205-028 was never inspected and never received approval <br /> and PW1205-018 never completed required paving connection and did not receive final approval. <br /> While some of the permits below did receive a final—not shown in the Final Field, such as E9310-008,work for the <br /> permits above received few or no calls for inspection, have no received final approval,and the permits have expired. <br /> ,.---'�, <br /> ��� <br />
