The panel change electrical inspection was finalized and completed on <br /> August 4th 2017. I have all of the inspection reports leading up to that which show the changes requested and <br /> the final inspection passing. <br /> I spoke with someone on the phone this afternoon. She said the system didn't have this final inspection on file <br /> which is disconcerting. She asked if I had the inspection reports and since I wasn't in my office, I couldn't <br /> confirm I had them in file. I looked and I do have them in file for the following dates with this project: <br /> July 3 - Rough in inspection completed(along with a couple of notes) <br /> July 18 - Inspection didn't pass because load calcs still required and covers not on kitchen <br /> Aug 2 - Inspection didn't pass because an outlet needed an are shield <br /> Aug 3/4 - Inspection passed FINAL <br /> Please let me know if you need me to email these inspection reports so you can update your records to be <br /> accurate. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Tonya Morris <br /> 206-295-0110 <br /> i <br />
