Budget <br /> The budget shall consist of the following elements: <br /> CERB Award Other Funds Total <br /> 1. Feasibility Study $43,875 $15,125 $59,000 <br /> TOTAL $43,875 $15,125 $59,000 <br /> Special Budget Provisions: <br /> A total amount of transfers of funds between line item budget categories in this Contract shall not <br /> exceed ten (10) percent of the total budget. If the cumulative amount of these transfers exceeds or <br /> is expected to exceed ten percent,the total budget shall be subject to justification and negotiation <br /> of a Contract amendment by the Contractor and CERB. <br /> A sum of ten (10) percent of CERB funds shall be withheld until all activities and final products <br /> defined in Attachment"A" have been successfully completed by the Contractor and accepted fully <br /> by CERB. <br /> CERB Planning Contract Page ( 22 <br />
