The roadway frontage shall have similar treatment with <br /> substantial amounts of vegetation along the entire frontage 'td <br /> minimize the visual exposure of the public to both the staff <br /> parking and bus storage. A six-foot-wide sidewalk will be <br /> installed along the south side of Kasch Park Access Road from the <br /> east boundary of Community Transit's property to the west <br /> boundary. <br /> Detailed landscaping plans shall be reviewed and approved by the <br /> City's Parks and Planning Departments prior to issuance of <br /> Building Permits. <br /> C. Section 5, Paragraph H: <br /> Berming. The existing berm along the eastern property line of <br /> the Owner's property, adjacent to the Maintenance Building, is <br /> adequate for reduction of noise impacts on Kasch Park. <br /> D. That Section 5, Paragraph C be deleted <br /> II. That all provisions of the Concomitant Agreement other than those which <br /> are modified by Section I of this Addendum shall remain in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> III. Recording: This Addendum shall be filed in the records of the <br /> Snohomish County Auditor for the purpose of subjecting the property to <br /> the restrictions, conditions, and limitations herein set forth which <br /> are intended and shall be deemed to be covenants running with the land <br /> and binding upon the Owner, Owner's successors, tenants and assigns. <br /> 2079dm <br /> -3- <br />
