• ORDINANCE NO. :3 AN AN ORDINANCE amending Exhibit 3 of Ordinance No. 912-82 to correct errors in the legal description. WHEREAS, pursuant to Everett Municipal Code, Title 19, Ordinance 3572 as amended, the City Council of the City of Everett adopted Ordinance Number 912- 82 on December 29, 1982, establishing zoning on certain property; and WHEREAS, certain errors existed in the legal description of the area proposed for establishing zoning in Section 3, Exhibit 3 of Ordinance 912-82; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett intended to establish zoning for the area described in the corrected legal description contained below: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Section 3, Exhibit 3 of Ordinance 912-82 which is set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference reads as set forth therein. Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: A portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17 and a portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20 in Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M., situated in Snohomish County, State of Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly right-of-way of the Bothell- Everett Highway (19th Avenue SE) and the North line of the South 5 acres of the South Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 17; thence Easterly along said North line of the above mentioned South 5 acres to the West line of the Plat of Tower Addition Div. 3, filed in Volume 26 of Plats at pages 7 and 8, Records of said County; thence Southerly along the West line of said Plat of Tower Addition Div. 3; to the south line of said Plat thence Easterly along the South line of said Plat of Tower Addition Div. 3 to the East line of the West 30.00 feet of the East Half of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 17; thence Southerly along the above mentioned East line of the West 30.00 feet to the North line of the South 481.43 feet of the East Half of the West Half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 17; thence Easterly along the North line of the above mentioned South 481.43 feet to the East line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 17; thence Northerly along the East line of the above mentioned West Half to the South line of the said Plat of Tower Addition Div. 3; thence Easterly along the South line of the said Plat of Tower Addition Div. 3 to the East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 17; thence Southerly along the East line of the above mentioned quarters to the North line of the East 125.00 feet of the South 300.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 17; thence Westerly along the North line of the above mentioned East 125.00 feet to the West line of the East 125.00 feet of the South 300.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 17;
