Meg Haley
From: Meg Haley
Sent: Friday, November 18, 2016 1:07 PM
To: 'jeanrittmann@frontier.com'
Cc: Kembra Landry
Subject: RE: Complaint re 2001 Everett Ave
Attachments: 20161118130822583.pdf
Jean,
Kembra coordinates the landscaping issues for the Building Inspector, and the Building Inspector coordinates
the building code issues for building code violations. Each one of them has all of your correspondence, but the
one that can help you with the landscaping, Kembra, will coordinate the landscape violations. There is no
further action required on your part, since you have given both departments all that we need to start the
research process, as you and I discussed yesterday. The Chief Building Inspector looks at the complaint in its
entirety and coordinates with the appropriate reviewers from the affected departments.
The summary of what you submitted a complaint for yesterday is attached. Thursday, November 17th, is the
first time that I talked with you about this complaint, and we went over the complaint language several times to
make sure it was complete. I think you had been talking with Steve Miller before that, and were not satisfied
with the results.
I realize that this has been a long haul for you, but we really have all we need at this point to move forward. I
have blind copied the Chief building inspector, since that is their preference. We can take this from here, and
advise you of our findings. You may get contacted to arrange a site visit, if needed.
Thanks!
neg H-ae,
Plan RevietivArchit.ect
Permit Services,City of Everett
3200 Cedar St.
Everett,WA 98201
Direct: 425-257-8813
Main: 425-257-8810(Option 8)rlondy-Friday 7:30am-1?pm1pm-4pt7,zxceot holidavs
2v2r2ttw2.gOv/p2rlYtitS 2v2rettwB.gOV/COdOS 2V2I'2ttW3.OV/IY18pt0015
From: ieanrittmann@frontier.com [mailto:jeanrittmannCafrontier.com]
Sent: Friday, November 18, 2016 12:03 PM
To: Meg Haley'
Subject: Re: Complaint re 2001 Everett Ave s
Please forward my information to the building inspector. Kembra already has all this info. Fixing '
landscape violation WILL NOT resolve building code issues.
Thank you,
Jean
On Friday, November 18, 2016 8:42 AM, Meg Haley <MHaley(ceverettwa.qov>wrote:
