I <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT "Q" - EVERGREEN WAY REBID <br /> WO NO. - UP3612 <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT "Q" - EVERGREEN WAY <br /> REBID will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, <br /> Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened <br /> and publicly read aloud in the 8th floor hearing room at the Wall Street Building. The engineer's estimate for this <br /> Project is $1,163,970. <br /> Work being performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to <br /> remove and replace approximately 2,500 feet of 1933 unlined 12-in diameter cast iron pipe with new 12-in <br /> diameter earthquake resistant pipe system, and appurtenances, and performing all Work as required by the <br /> Contract, in accordance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. <br /> Plans, Specifications, Addenda, and plan holders list for this Project may be viewed on line at <br /> https://everettwa.gov/319/Bid-Opportunities. <br /> Plan sets may also be purchased at Bill's Blueprints (425) 259-0859 at 2920 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett, WA <br /> 98201. <br /> For technical questions regarding this Project email Richard Hefti P.E., Project Manager, City of Everett, at <br /> rhefti(a�everettwa.qov. <br /> All bids must be made upon the regular forms provided for this purpose and must be accompanied by a bid <br /> bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent(5%) of the total amount of the Bid. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
