Physical completion shall be within fifty-four (54) working days of the actual <br /> date of issuance of substantial completion. <br /> I <br /> 2. Contract Amount. Contractor will defend and indemnify the City from any and all Claims arising out of, in connection <br /> with, or incident to any acts, errors, omissions, or conduct by Contractor relating to, or arising out of its <br /> I performance of, this Contract.
