Abbreviated TESC <br /> 26 plans are used on small projects that disturb soil and have the potential to discharge but <br /> 27 are not covered by the CSWGP. The contract uses the term "TESC plan" to describe <br /> 28 both TESC plans and abbreviated TESC plans. When the Contracting Agency has <br /> 29 developed a TESC plan for a Contract, the narrative is included in the appendix to the <br /> 30 Special Provisions and the TESC plan sheets are included in the Contract Plans. The <br /> 31 Contracting Agency TESC plan will not include off-site areas used to directly support <br /> 32 construction activity. I <br /> 33 <br /> 34 The Contractor shall either adopt the TESC Plan in the Contract or develop a new <br /> 35 TESC Plan. If the Contractor adopts the Contracting Agency TESC Plan, the Contractor <br /> 36 shall modify the TESC Plan to meet the Contractor's schedule, method of construction, <br /> 37 and to include off-site areas that will be used to directly support construction activity <br /> 38 such as equipment staging yards, material storage areas, or borrow areas. Contractor <br /> 39 TESC Plans shall include all high visibility fence delineation shown on the Contracting 111 <br /> 40 Agency Contract Plans. All TESC Plans shall meet the requirements of the current <br /> 41 edition of the WSDOT Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Manual M 3109 and be <br /> 42 adaptively managed as needed throughout construction based on site inspections and 111 <br /> 43 discharge samples to maintain compliance with the CSWGP. The Contractor shall <br /> 44 develop a schedule for implementation of the TESC work and incorporate it into the <br /> 45 Contractor's progress schedule.
