I <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> NORTH WETMORE STORMWATER SEPARATION <br /> WO No. - UP3659 <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the NORTH WETMORE STORMWATER SEPARATION Project will <br /> be received at the office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, Washington <br /> 98201, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly <br /> read aloud in the 8th floor hearing room at the Wall Street Building. The engineer's estimate for this Project is <br /> $4,811,775. <br /> Work being performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to <br /> construct approximately 10,351 linear feet of 6-inch to 30-inch diameter storm drainage pipe and other such <br /> appurtenances, restoration and performing all Work as required by the Contract, in accordance with the <br /> Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. <br /> Plans, Specifications, Addenda, and plan holders list for this Project may be viewed on line at <br /> https://everettwa.gov/319/Bid-Opportunities. <br /> Plan sets may also be purchased for reproduction costs at Bill's Blueprints (425) 259-0859 at 2920 Rockefeller <br /> Avenue, Everett, WA 98201. <br /> For technical questions regarding this Project contact: Amie Roshak P.E., Project Manager, City of Everett, at <br /> (425) 257-7249 or by email at aroshak@everettwa.gov. <br /> All bids must be made upon the regular forms provided for this purpose and must be accompanied by a bid <br /> bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No Bidder <br /> may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further reserves the right to make the <br /> bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
