SECTION 11: TERMS <br /> This MOU shall be effective as of the date first written above and shall extend for an indefinite <br /> period until terminated by the Parties as provided for herein. The responsible individual <br /> identified below for each Party to this MOU (Section 12) shall review the implementation of the <br /> MOU during the third calendar quarter following the year of initial MOU execution, and every <br /> three years thereafter, and upon enactment of major state and/or federal legislation to ensure the <br /> MOU is being administered in an effective manner that satisfies the needs of the Party. <br /> SECTION 12: NOTIFICATION <br /> Any official notifications among the Parties to this MOU that would substantially affect the <br /> terms or conditions of this MOU shall be directed to the designated representatives of each of the <br /> Parties as follows: <br /> MOU-Puget Sound Regional Council/Local Public Transit Agencies and Sound Transit Page 14 <br />
