OW <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3602-18 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special improvement project entitled "Police <br /> Headquarters Masonry Restoration Project" Fund 342, Program 020, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 3545-17 <br /> WHEREAS, the "Police Headquarters Masonry Restoration Project", Fund 342, <br /> Program 020 was established to provide for the design and construction of the masonry <br /> restoration at the Police Headquarters and, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 342, Program 020, "Police <br /> Headquarters Masonry Restoration Project" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final revenues and expenses for "Police Headquarters Masonry <br /> Restoration Project", Fund 342, Program 020, are as follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> CIP 1 $745,000 <br /> Total $745,000 <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Construction 722,431 <br /> Project Costs 5,977 <br /> Transfer Out —to CIP1 16,592 <br /> Total $745,000 <br />
