In such event, an investigation fee, in addition to <br /> 19 theermit fee, shall be collected whether or not a <br /> ppermit is then or subsequently <br /> 20 issued. The investigation fee shall be equal to the amount of the permit fee required by <br /> 21 this code. The minimum investigation fee shall be the same as the minimum fee set <br /> 22 forth in Section 1, hereof.
