(9) Authorize the closure of one parking stall at the corner of Wall Street and Wetmore Avenue from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, starting from April 9, 2018, through October 31, 2018, for downtown food truck lunches, sponsored by the Washington State Food Truck Association. (10) Accept the Hot Mix Overlay 2017 Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Granite Construction Company, Inc. allowing the release of retainage. (13) Award the construction contract for the North Wetmore Stormwater Separation Project to Thomco Construction Inc. in the amount of $3,395,788.65. (14) Award Bid 2017-072 for annual supply of Concrete Products split between Cadman Inc., Miles Sand and Gravel, and Smokey Point Concrete for an estimated total of $355,190.94, including Washington State sales tax.
