(1) CB 1804-15 —1St Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2018 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 3584-17. (3rd and final reading on 4-25-18) PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (2) CB 1803-13 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the City's regulations for Electric Fences, amending Section 39 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC 19.39.070); Section 3(B) of Chapter 4 of Ordinance No. 2530-01, as amended (EMC 15.16.080.A); and Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4022, as amended. (EMC 16.56.010). (31d and final reading on 4-18-18). (3) CB 1803-14 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "South Precinct — 911 Expansion Project", Fund 342, Program 026 to accumulate the design and construction costs for the Improvement Project. CONSENT: (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,070,059.86 for the period of March 24, 2018 through March 30, 2018. (5) Authorize Call for Bids for Everett Station Water Intrusion Repair and Brick Restoration. (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents with the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission regarding agreement, utilization and acceptance of the $22,143.57 for Fiscal Year 2018 Marine Patrol Federal Financial Assistance Grant Program.
