The State of California Department of Motor Vehicles (CA DMV)requires government <br /> agencies to apply for authorization to request and obtain certain CA DMV record information through their <br /> Information Services Program. Execution of the attached agreement will grant Everett Police Department <br /> Records Unit personnel increased access to CA DMV records in order to better assist officers with <br /> information requests. <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the necessary documents with the State of California Department of Motor <br /> Vehicles regarding participation in the Information Services Program. <br /> 63 <br />
