(8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding participation in the Sound Regional Violent Crimes Task Force. (9) Award Bid for the 2018 Pavement Maintenance Overlay Project to Granite Construction Company, in the amount of $3,252,113. (10) CB 1803-13 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the City's regulations for Electric Fences, amending Section 39 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC 19.39.070); Section 3(B) of Chapter 4 of Ordinance No. 2530-01, as amended (EMC 15.16.080.A); and Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4022, as amended. (11) CB 1803-14 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, `South Precinct — 911 Expansion Project", Fund 342, Program 026 to accumulate the design and construction costs for the Improvement Project. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 with Murraysmith for construction support services for the Legion Golf Course Stormwater Detention Project in an amount not to exceed $85,877. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Pilot Shake Alert License Agreement and Terms of Service with the United States Geological Survey. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 6 to the Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County and Snohomish Conservation District extending the time of performance to December 31, 2018 at no additional cost to the city.
