(3) Everett Transit Quarterly Briefing (4) CB 1804-17 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Maple Heights Bridge Seismic Retrofit," Fund 303, Program 113 to accumulate all costs for the improvement (3rd and final reading on 5-9-18). PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (5) CB 1804-16 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Police Headquarters Masonry Restoration Project," Fund 342, Program 020, as established by Ordinance No. 3545-17 (3rd and final reading on 5-2-18). CONSENT: (6) Adopt Resolution No. 7239 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,391,709.68 for the period of April 7, 2018 through April 13, 2018. (7) Authorize the closure of Hoyt Avenue between Wall Street and Hewitt Avenue on June 1, 2018, 5 p.m. to June 2, 2018, 6 p.m., and the closure of Hoyt Avenue between Pacific and Wall Street on June 1, 2018, 5 p.m. to June 2, 2018, 9 a.m., for an Artist Garage Sale sponsored by the Schack Art Center. (8) Authorize the closure of California Street between Hoyt Avenue and the alley on May 15, 2018, 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony/Building Dedication sponsored by the Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center. (9) Authorize the closure of Wetmore Avenue between Pacific Avenue and 32nd Street on July 4, 2018, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for a Community Street Fair sponsored by the First Baptist Church.
